Fascinating book, and wonderfully read by the author on audiobook. Read this, then read The Dictionary of Lost Words by Pip Williams - a great double feature.
The sequel to Noir - definitely read in order. Very funny, with great 40s dialogue and a tongue-in-cheek noir style.
Night Circus is a wonderful book, but I also love finding items left by previous readers.
A lovely novel, with very endearing characters. Read The Professor and the Madman first for context.
I love this young adult trilogy by Scott Westerfeld. The audiobook versions are marvelous, read with such enthusiasm by Alan Cuming
An excellent look at human nature and why we make the choices we do regarding those around us.
The third in Christopher Moore Pocket trilogy. Read them in order, starting with Fool, possibly the funniest book I have ever read. Euan Morton does a great job reading the audiobooks.
The tenth Maisie Dobbs book by Jacqueline Winspeare. I have loved them all and will continue.
