I strive to be a Contemporary Renaissance Man, finding fulfillment and efficacy in combining all the elements I have learned in various careers, hobbies, pursuits, and interests. Over the years I have been employed as cook, waiter, bartender, construction worker, store manager, carpenter, woodworker, business owner, operations manager, project manager, higher education fundraiser, communications director, and salesperson.

Along the way I have been a husband, father, homeowner, gardener, homebrewer, photographer, filmmaker, cyclist, caver, telemark skier, basketball player, rugby coach, reader, and collector of far too many things.

And for most of my adult life I have been a writer, drawing from my experiences and employing aspects from all of the above to craft engaging stories of rich and diverse characters.
